Colvend: postcards of coastal scenes in Colvend, dating from 1899 to 1985 but mostly 1910 to 1950 (Pre-caravan parks). Fifty-two postcards are of Kippford, covering the sea and beach but also yachts, the golf course, and hotels. Another 26 postcards feature Rockliffe, beginning with an untouched beach and grazing cow. The remaining postcards include views of Sandyhills, Portling, and Douglas Hall etc. including The Needle's Eye (l904). Port O’Warren (1 905), and Lot's Wife (1916).
