16 WW1 ‘Silk’ postcard in fair condition. Thirteen of them have with pencilled messages but only one addressed. As the Imperial War Museum puts it, these postcards were ‘the work of French and Belgium women in refugee camps and commercial establishments’, and are offered on Ebay for £2.50+ each.
